Service charges will apply in the following cases, even within the warranty period:

1. Failure or damage occurs due to the user's carelessness(movement, dropping, impact, excessive operation, etc.) after installation.

2. Failure results when the product is disassembled by someone other than a technician designated by the purchasing location.

3. Failure occurs due to improper installation or misuse not intended for the product's purpose.

4. Failure results from natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, or abnormal power supply/

5. Failure occurs due to freezing or clogging of the water supply/drainage pipes.

6. Failure occurs because the product was not installed according to the installation standards in the user manual.

7. Failure occurs because the safety standards in the user manual were not adhered to.

8. Ice-making performance is affected due to environmental issues around the device.

9. Failure occurs due to defects in peripheral devices (related to electrical and water supply systems).

10. Failure occurs due to product relocation and reinstallation.
