Information entered by users for online inquiries (customer inquiries, etc.) is transferred to a separate database (or file cabinet in the case of paper) after its purpose has been achieved. It is then stored for a specific period according to internal policies and other relevant laws (refer to section 3, Retention and Use Period of Personal Information) before being destroyed.
